Imagine Schools educates children through two primary non-profit entities: Imagine Schools Non-Profit, Inc. and Imagine Schools, Inc. Both are designated by the IRS as 501 (c)(3) public charities and serve the exclusive purpose of educating children in grades PreK-12.
