Honoring Our Founders
Imagine Schools was founded on a bold vision: to offer families more choices in education and to create schools that would empower students to achieve their full potential. Our founders, Dennis and Eileen Bakke, set the foundation for an educational movement that has grown to encompass 47 campuses across seven states and one on-line charter school in Arizona. Their unwavering dedication to educational excellence, student-centered learning and character development has made an indelible mark on the charter school landscape in America.

Celebrating Our Veteran Staff
A highlight of our 20th anniversary celebration was a festive dinner reception held at our Annual Leadership Summit in Ohio on February 6th, where we honored our veteran school leaders who have been with Imagine Schools for 20 years. These dedicated educators and administrators have been the backbone of our success, contributing to the growth and development of our schools from the very beginning. To show our appreciation, each veteran staff member was presented with a special gift as a token of Imagine’s gratitude.
Co-CEO Barry Sharp shared his thoughts on this milestone year: “Our veteran staff members embody the spirit and dedication that have driven Imagine Schools forward for the past 20 years.
